Return Policy

At The Longevity Station, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Time Frame: Products must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
  2. Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  3. Receipt: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Opened or used products.
  2. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or third parties.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at thelongevitystation@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed return instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping: Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s). If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Shipping Errors:

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will correct the error at no additional cost to you.

International Returns:

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs fees or duties.
