Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia and international destinations. Please note that some products may have restrictions on certain destinations, which will be indicated on the product page.

International Shipping USA

  • Express Shipping: 8 USD flat rate for all express shipping orders, typically arriving in 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $75 USD, 6 USD for order below $75 USD, Typically arriving in 3-4 Business Days. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping Within Australia:
  • Express Shipping: $15 AUD flat rate for Express Shipping orders, Typically arriving in 1-3 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over 100 AUD; $10 AUD for orders below $100 AUD. Typically arriving in 2-6 Business days. 
  • Orders may be extended during holidays or due to unexpected delays.
International Shipping:
  • Estimated Delivery Time between 5-15 Business days
  • Extended delivery times may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or global supply chain disturbances.
  • Cost: 25$ AUD flat rate for all international orders. 

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of trusted and reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that they are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country's customs policies. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at thelongevitystation@gmail.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
